If there is a binding problem, it doesn't appear in MPTS - protocols all point
to adapter 0, the only adapter on the system and TCP/IP works so it does seem to
be the right card.

Attached are my lantran.log and my protocol.ini. In lantran.log, I see:

IBM OS/2 NETBIOS 4.0
Adapter 0 has 223 NCBs, 130 sessions, and 20 names available to NETBIOS
applications.
NETBIOS 4.0 is loaded and operational.

that seems to indicate NETBIOS should be working. In protocol.ini, I found:

[netbeui_nif]

DriverName = netbeui$

and

[DFE530TX_nif]

DriverName = RTSND$

which seems to indicate the right driver. I could not find an ibmlan.ini file
on my system - I'm not sure why but it doesn't seem to be there.
