You are correct and I do agree except in the following cases:
With BootOS/2 I am unable to update my Mobo's BIOS or another unit's
BIOS !!
Another upcoming problem with BIOS updating is that the old BIOS cannot =

be saved to the floppies anymore ...
=2E.. with my MO-Drive in the external SCSI case I am having enough space =

to get the updates, including saving the old ones, done properly !?

Also here I do agree with you ;-))
I have tried with EZ-SCSI and also with DOSDRV files =

but somehow I never succeeded ;-(

I have tried not only one, two or three times ...
=2E.. I tried dozen of times and cannot see my mistake =

nor do I see another possible solution ;-(

Every specific hint or suggestion is very, very appreciated !
The environment is like following:

Notebook Toshiba T4900CT
SlimSCSI PCMCIA Adaptec APA-1460
External SCSI case containing: 6PLEX CD-ROM & 4.5GB HDD =

or (not yet but later perhaps) Fujitsu 540MB or 1.3GB MO-Drive.

If needed I can post my present AUTOEXEC.BAT & CONFIG.SYS files =

for further investigations !?

Thanks in advance for your support ;-))
Have a nice Sunday !
