This is for an ISA bus computer.
A BOCA Research 110 ethernet card (BEN110),
based on AMD PCNet chipset,
NE1500/NE2100 clone.
The thing seemed to be working fine for a few
weeks.
Now the driver will not install on bootup, the messages~:

--
IBM OS/2 LAN Protocol Manager
E:\IBMCOM\MACS\PCNTND.OS2

AMD PCNet Family Ethernet Adapter
NDIS V2.0.1 MAC Driver, Version 4.08
DriverName.........PCNTND$\dev\PCNTND$-OS2-#6: Out of memory while allocating
buffers

SYS1201: The device driver E:\IBMCOM\MACS\PCNTND.OS2
Specified in the DEVICE statement on line 176 of the CONFIG.SYS file
was not installed. Line 176 is ignored.

Press Enter to continue.
--

I don't think anything is physically wrong with the card -
after booting I can open a DOS session, install a Crynwr
packet driver and telnet out through the card.
(In fact, I'm doing that right now. :-) )
I can't think of any changes made since the card
last worked. Bad weather?
Let me know if there's is any other information needed.

TIA.
