Use pstat to get a list of pid vs. application.

Most of these are internal details. You can read about them in the
Control Program Guide and Reference in the Warp Toolkit. The Warp Toolkit
is include with MCP and eCS.

Read in from the psfiles output. By definition, the drive is locked if
any file on the drive is open.
