I already got the hint of hunting around the CD but till now I
was unable to find it ;-(
As already written: Also M$ Product Support in Switzerland is
unable or too lazy
to deliver this Boot Disk ;-((
AWARE: Please NO inage in .DSK format ;-)
I am unable to get the DSK image working ;-(((
Otherwise you are correct with the DSK image ;-)))
We'll see how I can solve this problem.

I would hunt around on the CD and Google. I'm pretty sure you
can make a
a startup diskette from the CD, just as with Warp. If not, what
you
really need is for someone to send you the diskette image in .dsk
format
rather than .zip. This format can recreate an exact image of the
bootable
diskette.
