I would hunt around on the CD and Google. I'm pretty sure you can make a
a startup diskette from the CD, just as with Warp. If not, what you
really need is for someone to send you the diskette image in .dsk format
rather than .zip. This format can recreate an exact image of the bootable
diskette.
