That's the same card that Steven Levine gave me a fix for a couple of
years ago. There was a typo in one of the D-Link supplied files (a text
file for the DFE-530TX+). He had me send him the files, he looked at
them, he then told me to change one value in one of the files, I did,
and it worked fine. I *think* it was a file named DLKRTS.os2:

Directory of G:\IBMCOM\MACS
8-06-00 9:49p 2126 35 DLKrts.nif

If your file is earlier, let me know and I'll send you mine. Here's a
note I made about the 530TX+ DLKrts.nif file, apparently based on
Levine's fix:

WARNING: The OS/2 .NIF file [DLKrts.nif] contains an ERROR.
You have to manually change
"default=AUTO" to "default=_AUTO".

FWIW, I've seen some complaints that the 530TX+ is pretty darned slow.
If your connection seems sluggish, change the NIC.
