Just now I had a COM port problem on my TP 600X, which may have been
fixed. In this process the IBM tech asked me to boot to Win98 and to
disable, then re-enable the COM port from the Control Panel.

I cannot find any comparable function in OS/2. Does it exist, and
if so where and how to activate?
