I discovered that my 600X came with a CD drive that can't play a DVD,
so I want to get a better drive. At the same time I am discovering
the need to burn CDs for colleagues.
Ensuing questions:
-What drives will do this, with what OS/2 s/w?
-Burn on once-writable, or rewritable, CDs?
-Can the same drive(s) read a DVD and if so region-locked?
-Bruce Markowitz (of TP list fame) is offering something designed for a T
or A series Thinkpad which he says will work in a 600X. Comments? Gotchas?
