Trying to smudge or blur a grayscale image but no matter what Paint tool
I invoke, it has no effect on the image. What obvious thing am I missing
here? I open the b/w file, convert to grayscale (confirmed by viewing
image info), open Paint tools, select Smudge. Move Smudge tool over
part of image to be smudged, nothing happens. Same even with Eraser
which should obliterate the image: nothing.
?? :(
