I had set to LBA and have switched to AUTO now !
Like this the HDD's are recognized as LBA and =
seem working well ;-)
The changes with the experimental PC (LBA to CHS and then AUTO) =
seem to have corrupted something: I need to check this later ;-(

I also do have only base "common knowledge" but my hearing loss =
may be another handicap with my experiments since I do absolutely =
not her any (error) signals !?

YEAH, I will come back to this later with a new thread of course ;-)

This is not correct and cannot be !?

On all drives are some FreeSpace =3D Placeholders !
On drive 1:
502MB are kept free for DOS activities if needed: ie BIOS maintenance !
2274MB are kept free for temporary experiments with WIN !?
WS221_F is the normal OS/2 partition
WS221_A is the "untouched" OS/2 base partition
WS221_B2 is the bootable logical BootOS2 partition
Perhaps with this displays you may see how my system is set-up, =
hopefully without elementary mistakes !?
Your advice and suggestion are very appreciated ;-)
Thanks in advance,
svobi
