Some dumb ideas:

1) Screen capture, then scale & print the captured image file (PMView
does all of this -- I've resorted to this workaround.)

2) Save the HTML to a file, then use a utility (there are several) to
convert it to text and print the text.

3) Try changing to a smaller font. I've had a small amount of success
with this method.

4) If you're just printing it for future reference, save the web page
and print it once you have a browser that works.

I'm using Mozilla 1.0 which also has difficulty printing the entire
width of a page. The latest Mozilla release is 1.4 which might be
better.
