That's probably them.  Call them and ask for Sue.  If she's there, it's  
the right place.  (She's the owner.  I can't remember the name of the  
serviceman who comes to my office.)

No.  I *think* it's a home-based business.  They've done repairs for me  
several times and I've always been happy.  I've also bought a number of  
refilled toner cartridges from them.
