GSV is working OK I thought; can open PDF files, create PDF files from PS,
even print!
Now I have an 8 mb PS file to convert to PDF; when I load into GSV it
momentarily rasterizes an image on the screen and then the screen goes
blank. If I select Convert and choose PDFWRITE, there is no hard drive
activity but then in a while the error message box pops up
AFPL Ghostscript 8.00: Can't find initialization file gs_init.ps.
gsapi_exit returns 0
DosFreeModule returns 0
However
10:32 I:\>dir /s gs_init.ps
Directory of I:\GS\GS8.00\LIB
GS_INIT PS 63687 11-22-02 4:12a
This directory is in the path shown in Advanced Configuration.
What now please?
