It's a WinModem. That's why it works with WinXX only.

If you want an internal, a Google search for:

os/2 compatible pci internal modem

will get you started.

Which CIS software are you using? Golden Compass? At one time I had this
connecting to Compuserve via the Internet using SIO's vmodem feature.
