Well, no reason I can think of other than that Bootable seems to require
one. You have a read between the lines a bit when you are reading
Bootable.html.
If I get some time this weekend, I'll use to build a CD. I've burnt
maintenance CD's that include my favorite tools, but they are not
bootable.
