Someone sent me a reply to my Zilla message but I didn't notice that
they had made it private, so my response didn't end up on this list.
Here's a Zilla installation question that someone may have an answer
for.
If you use the Mozilla installer rather than the zip file, the installer
creates a desktop folder containing four objects. I can't find
corresponding .exe's for these four objects in my Mozilla subdirectory
(I used the zip file rather than the installer) so I don't know how to
do what these four objects do.
Can someone who used the installer look at the Properties for the four
objects in the Mozilla folder and tell me what the executable is, what
the parameters are, and what the working directory is for each one? I'm
thinking that perhaps these four objects all run mozilla.exe but with
different parameters to get it to do different things.
And as I said in my private response, next time I'll follow Ray
Davison's advice and use the installer. :)
Thanks in advance.
- Peter
