TTBOMK, Word users still actually still have access to many import filters but
MS has made them optional in the baseline install. This is crippling in many
corporate installation because you don't have media and you're installing off of
a server but I believe it is there. If you have access to media, rerun the
install and customize/add features, you can add the filters you need. Probably
too much to ask of the exclusionary MS product users.
