Peter Skye and Steven Levine have referred to including startup.cmd and
setup. cmd in their backups.
I don't find either one on my C: (OS2 system) drive. What are their
purposes? I assume startup.cmd overrides the setting which starts apps
that were open at the previous shutdown and the line in my config.sys
which starts only what is in the startup folder.
But I don't have a clue about setup.cmd.
Are they scripts that are called for in config.sys.
Peter backs up scenter.cfg. I found that on my C: drive. What info does
it contain? Why does he think it needs backing up.
TIA for the information.
Jack
