That had me wondering also. This was more commonly called the LaunchPad, I think. I liked it
a lot in W3, so I reinstated it in ECS. Much nicer than those teeny tiny trays in the
WarpCentre. The main problem I note with it in ECS is that its Shutdown tab tends to hang, at
least on my system. For whatever reason, it does not seem to call the same REBOOT-based
shutdown routine that the red icon in the WarpCentre does.
