Hi Harry,

-- NTP doesn't check the Time Zone value in CONFIG.SYS ("SET TZ=") and
instead sets your clock to GMT.

-- NTP doesn't check the date so when it changes to GMT if the "jump"
from local time to GMT crosses a date boundary your system date will be
off by one day.

Let me know if you're successful with it; I wasn't.
