I can say for sure that this is Jack's problem, but all the diskette
creation tools are very sensitive to file size changes. Over the years
the drivers have gotten larger and and the diskettes fill up and the
diskette builder fails. One can usually work around this, but it is time
consuming. These days, if one can burn a bootable CD, this is probably a
better choice.
