BOOTOS2 get mosts of the files it needs from your installed system. It
might be able to find the rest on the eCS CD. The layout is not that much
different. If not, just copy the files to a convenient directory and use
the source parameter.

The script is use to build bootos2 setups uses the command line:

bootos2 source=%S target=%D format:none ga400 rexx

where %S and %D get set by the script. In my case, the source directory
contains:

7870PRES.EXE
AIC7870.ADD
CONFIG.SYS
KEYBOARD.DCP
svgadata.pmi
SYSINSTX.COM
SYSLEVEL.OS2
VTBL850.DCP

Your needs might differ.

Actually, I prefer to use maintain source directory for a couple of
reasons. It's a form of documentation and it makes the files easy to find
and update. My source directories are subdirectories of the BOOTOS2
install directory.
