TCPSTART.CMD is the actual name of the TCP/IP Startup program. Since
we're still not sure that TCP/IP does start, can you add a couple of
lines to the end of it to verify that it has run? Something like:
ECHO END OF TCPSTART.CMD
PAUSE
TCPSTART.CMD may be in the \tcpip\bin directory.
Since TCPSTART.CMD with the added PAUSE won't complete until you press
the Enter key, you can now look at the Window list and see if it is
running.
If it _is_ running, your Startup folder is working and something is
keeping some of the programs in it from executing. If it _isn't_
running, then your Startup folder isn't being processed.
