I don't know much about what features what programs have, but there are
limited choices for you. quite a while back Chris Wright did a review of
3 vector graphics programs, but I'm not sure how many are still available
anywhere.
I found a demoversion for one of them (LogoArt) at
http://ftp.sunet.se/pub/os/OS2/hobbes/os2/apps/graphics/draw/logoart112.zip.
It appears to be functional for 30 days. Draw-It, I understand is
limited, and the author is physically unable to do much more work on it.
