Easiest solution should be to make D: FAT. Everybody likes FAT.

The solution wanted is on single system with each an OS,
either XP in the first, and preferably used, OS/2 MCP 4.52
in a second primary C: partition.
These OS'es shall share the D: partition !!!
So this shared D: needs to be either HPFS and acessable from XP
or it has to be NTFS and has to be accessable from OS/2 !!
Generally the environment is OS/2 minded only ...
... WINdozes and other OS'es are used temporarily or for test
purposes only !
