The menus are your friends. RMB on the message index entry and tell
Mozilla the e-mail is junk. Message -> Mark -> Junk works too.

You do need to turn on the Junk status column in the message index, but
hopefully you already know to do this.

Junk automation is available from the Tools menu.

For best performance, mark only messages that are correctly classifield.

This is all with v1.5. IIRC, 1.4 had these features implemented.
