Since you didn't bother to provide details, I'll assume that you lost some
or all of the Desktop objects in these folders

This can happen when you have cross-linked items. The only real fix to
this is to delete the bad items in small groups until you find out which
one is causing the problem.

I have to assume you didn't reset the Desktop between runs. If so, the
results are normal. There's a Mr. KIA article that discuss the various
INI cleaners and explains the effect you are seeing.

Many of the objects on your Desktop have not physical files associated
with them. This is why they are called abstract objects.

That's not what's happening. ZtBold is a file manager. It can't see
things like Program objects because they are not files.
