This is the expected result. No recent Java distro needs config.sys
entries. If you want v1.4 to be your default command line java, add a
config.sys PATH entry.

Use like you would use any other java distro. If v1.4 is not your default
java, you'll need to provide a full pathname to invoke java.exe or jre.exe
etc. To use the plugin, put it in the plugins directory.
