Years ago, I recall some discussion of a problem with early versions
of BootManager if windows and a FAT16 partition were also present.
I do NOT remember the details.

Perhaps a later version of BM (from the latest version of FDISK)
would be worth a try. Seems to me that a Warp4 FDISK should/might
work in Warp3.
