You can save yourself some work and just copy \config.sys to
\os2\boot\config.x. That's what Warp does to create the file.

There's a certain art to finding stuff in any manual. Sometimes the TOC
is better. Sometimes the Index is better. Other times a brute force
search is better. One also has to take into account the overall quality
of the manual. The Unmaint manual is one of the more complete manuals, so
if a first search does not find what I want, I assume I just need to use a
different search method.
