I would not assume they mean Warp3. Your lack of success with searching
indicates your assumption is probably wrong. Why don't you just take the
kiss approach and copy them from your Warp4 box and be done with it.

Why are you even trying? I'm not even sure the BBS even exists anymore.
A bit of time with my friend finds the link:

Of course no one is forcing you to install this file. It's a free
country.

Based on the config.sys I saw posted, you do not have a socket services
driver installed and you did not have the correct NIC driver installed.

It is well known that the Warp installer does not always make perfect
choices.

If the cards work sufficiently well for you, I won't offer any further
suggestions. :-)
