Steve sent them to this list at 8 a.m. this (Friday) morning. See his
message for the attachment.

Did you ask V Communications if SC is LVM compatible? I'd check first .

I searched for BOOT-IT in Google and got plenty of weird hits but not
any boot managers. Do you have more info on this so I can find it?

Google couldn't find K-BOOT either. Do you have more info like the
manufacturer or a url?

Hah! Easily found, didn't even need Google, just typed in Acronis.com.
Here's the product page:
http://www.acronis.com/products/osselector/
and thanks for making me aware of it. Notably they say they support
OS/2 (though no mention of LVM). $45 at their online store.

I should add some columns to my list:
-- Does the software have its own internal disk access routines, or
instead does it rely solely on the motherboard BIOS for disk access?
-- If it has its own internal disk access routines:
-- What size drives are supported?
-- What partitioning schemes are supported? (LVM?)
-- What file systems are supported (for the partition being
booted)? (JFS?)
and of course
-- How much does it cost?
Thanks, Jordan. Let me know if you have links for BOOT-IT and K-BOOT.
