I'm still using Warp 4, not ECS, so this answer is from that perspective. Open the
SETUP.CMD file in a text editor, like the OS/2 System Editor, or The EPM. Look for the
line (add this line or correct it or verify that it's there):

ifconfig lo 127.0.0.1

You will find the the file as follows: ?:/MPTN\BIN\SETUP.CMD

where "?:" is your boot drive on your system. Basically, the SETUP.CMD file IS the
TCP/IP Configuration Notebook.
