Hello
I am preparing an IBM Thinkpad T30 ti run 3 OS'es finally ;-)

1st will be the original XP kept in the first primary C: partition.
2nd is the BM
3rd is the OS/2 MCP 4.52 in a second primary C: partition.

At the end of the HDD I prepared 2 partitions (4GB e83 and =

a 400MB Swap) for a Linux experimental installation.

OS/2 is already fair installed and running except the PCMCIA =

upgrade to 8.0 ...
=2E.. on which I am striggling now since more than 2 weekends ;-((

As basic installation during the installation I choosed T23 which =

always gives an error message of the IBM2SS14.SYS file.
Changing this file with another one everthing works well except =

as it is a not known version ... may be PCCard 5.0 !?

Now I would like to patch PCCard 8.0 from SWC to bring this =

PCMCIA to top accuracy and my struggling are starting.

The patch is extracted properly and the language set =

(English plus common) is prepared and starting the =

installation I am getting a message, that there is a =

running PCMCIA already which needs a deregistering.
I do and then reboot !

Starting then with PCM2inst.exe to my specific and existing =

destination (C:\WS\HW\TP\PCC\80\ ends with error messages =

of missing files ;-((

What do I miss here or what am I doing wrong ???

Any advice and assisistance is very appreciated.
Cheers, svobi
