Screwed up again! Bought an Actiontec internal PCI modem off eBay (I no
longer have any ide ports) because I've seen posts in the past saying
Actiontec and US Robotics are among the few modems supported by OS/2, the
rest are Win modems.

Now, when I tried to find the driver on the Actiontec cdrom, there isn't
one. So, I figure it must be on the OS/2 Driver Pack Online. No, not
mentioned by name. More research on the internet reveals that Actiontec uses
Lucent drivers... aha, saw Lucent on the Driver Pack. But when I went back
to retrieve that driver, it says I have to have an IBM Software Choice
subscription to get the driver. Obviously that isn't cost-effective.

Screwed again!

Would eCs support the Actiontec V92 call-waiting modem? I have eCs, but
haven't tried installing it yet, and hate getting forced into it just for a
modem.
