Try creating a .cmd that sets the beginning of the libpath, for example
set beginlibpath=C:\NS461\PROGRAM;%beginlibpath%
and then runs Netscape 4.61. The Netscape DLL library will be checked
first and the proper DLL will load.
If this works okay, copy the Netscape icon to the .cmd (drag & drop with
Properties->Icon open) and put it on your desktop.
