That's an odd one. It appears that KeyRing/2 is passing an OS/2 error
code to a routine that can only interpret REXX error codes.

This is a pretty trivial code for an EPM macro.

Peter did a decent job of defining what he wants to do. What he didn't do
it define when he wants to do this. This determines which implementation
makes the most sense. Harry did a GUI version. A command line version is
also possible.
