So that the message does not get very big.

Not as I see it. Your reply is at the top. The previous reply is at the
bottom and the first persons message is in the middle. So to read the message
logically you need to skip from the top of the message to the middle of the
message and then read it middle to bottom then go to the top and read down
until you get to the first message that was posted.

See above why it is a problem.

Do as I do and many others on this mailing list. Delete the text that does not
have anything to do with your reply. Write you reply after the text of the
other person message/reply. This then is much easier to read, you start at the
top and read to the bottom.
