Did you change the volume to an LVM volume? It is a requirement and you
didn't say. :-)

Did you copy UJFS.DLL and all the other files with JFS in their names?
Perhaps I should have mentioned it, but I considered it obvious.
dir \*jfs* /s
will find them for you.
