If you are responding to someone asking for help who
may not be a member of this list, be sure to use the
REPLY TO ALL feature of your email program.

Sometimes you can change the file name and then the "close on exit" can
be unchecked (it should be checked even though it's grayed out). Then
go back and put the file name back the way it should be. Now you will
have an unchecked, grayed out "close on exit".
I used to be able to use that trick regularly but lately it works only
about 25% of the time.
