I bought my ThinkPad T20 from Zones.com in May 2001. It was an open-box return (i.e.
a corporation bought it, used it for a few months, and then returned it for some reason). I
have had good luck except for the fact that I had to have the motherboard/CPU/fan
replaced due to it freezing up on me when it got hot and the fan didn't come on.
