Probably. The usual path to success with dfsee for most end-users is to
register dfsee and ask Jan for help. For the cost of a cheap meal, you
got expert assistance.
dfsee is easy to learn and to use. Understanding what you need to tell
dfsee to do to fix a particular problem can be a bit more difficult.

Why?

Think DOS. These things want to be installed on a primary on the first
drive. With Win2K, it's possible to install most of the components to
another partition, but boot loader still must be on a primary on the first
drive.
