I think I have found out why I "help sysxxxx" on the command line does not
get any explanation of sysxxxx.

File oso001h.msg which contains the explanations of sysxxxx stops is in
the c:\os2\system folder which is in the path of my config.sys.

Must I put that folder in the library path too? Or can I move it to some
os/2 library folder in my library path?
