Suddenly my Inbox disappeared (bad moment@!). However all files still there
in \INBOX.FLD, so I hunted around. Turns out the folder had reappeared under
the name 'e'. I selected this folder, retitled to Inbox, and it now so
appears in the folder list within PMMail. However it is still alphabetized
under 'e'. I'd like to understand what happened, and how I can put it back
in the right place.
