One additional difference you will notice. With eCS you need two steps to
boot from System Commander. You will have to add your eCS volume to Boot
Manager.
System Commander will show both Boot Manager and OS/2, however you will no
longer be able to boot into eCS directly from SC. You will have to boot to
Boot Manager from SC, and then boot to eCS from Boot Manager.
