1. Are you low on disk space?
2. What response do you get when you type SPOOL (with no parameters)
from a command line?
3. If you double-click on the print queue object, does the image
display?
4. I know you see the print queue object, but is there an actual spool
file? I've occasionally gotten print queue objects that referred to
non-existant files. Go to your \SPOOL\ directory and run DIR /S. And
if the file exists, make sure its length is not zero.
