Testing an analog line, was able to get Injoy to dial once, now it no
longer can dial. It just hangs at the first line "Opening port".
My default IBM PC Card 56k modem shows in PC Card Director as Modem
on COM1, powered and ready.
If for hardware verification purposes I try to replace this with my
US Robotics PC Card 33.6 k modem, it shows in PC Card Director as Memory!
I have rebooted machine as Win98 and the IBM PC Card 56k modem works
fine.
Also, in a WineCS session I can address the PC Card modem fine in
PROCOMM from DOS.
Seems to be some problem with Injoy or eCS.
Ideas what's wrong? How to diagnose? (This is IN-JOY I copied over
from my known-good Warp4FP15 installation just before the HD crashed.
Should I reinstall In-joy?)
