It doesn't sound like a re-registration effort would be of much value, then.
I'm presuming that you still cannot log on to the eCS site. My experience was
identical to yours. As a part of the registration process I received an
electronic copy of the registration information that came in my package. That
will suffice to install eCS when the time comes. But, I'm concerned that I'm
presently locked out of any access to updates, and I'm puzzled about how to
remedy this situation. Unless they have improved their customer service in
this arena, it sounds like it could be a long time between contact and
resolution for this problem.

Incidentally, did your research on the mail indicate an email address that one
could use to talk to Serenity about this problem?
