Sandy is correct !  
 
HPP 2.1 seems to be the one only OS/2 SW for creating a homepage !

Beside of HPP: If one has Star Office v 5.1a, the last one for OS/2  
natively, =  
 
I do not know about the capability of any earlier versions, it is also

I have a program for OS/2 called Home Page Publisher Version 2.1 from  
somebody called "JBC." I don't know that it is any better then Mozilla  
Publisher, but it strongly resembles Microsoft's Front Page (or whatever  
it is called).  
 
I don't use it much any more, but I don't recall having any problems  
with  
it.
